| - Select clipart category or subcategory from the left side. It will load the available cliparts list on the right side. - Click on "Edit" button which clipart you want to edit. It will go to clipart edit option. - "Name" Enter Clipart name - "Alias" Enter Clipart alias. - "Description" Enter Clipart description - "Price" Enter clipart Price if you have or just put "0" - "Popular" Check if you want to put this clipart under popular category. - "Active" Check or uncheck if it active or not. - "Tag" Add tag by separating by a comma (,) for better searching on designer. - "Categories" Click on "+ Category" button to select which category you want to put this clipart, you can put a clipart to multiple categories by clicking "+ Category" button and select category. - "Type" Select clipart type "Raster" OR "Vector" *** See below for Raster and Vector type options. |

| By seleting Raster you can add raster type cliparts (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF) - Click "Browse" Button to select your raster clipart and Click "Change Art" Button to upload the clipart. - Click "Create Clipart" Button. |

| By seleting Vector you can add vector type cliparts (SVG). When you select Vector option it will load the vector clipart uploader/editor tool under "Type" Option. *** See below How to make EPS, AI or other vector formats to SVG by illustrator After load the tool - Click "UPLOAD ART" Button on the top right of the editor and browse the vector art (SVG or SWF) which you want to upload. It will load the vector art to editor stage. - Select the art on stage, you can resize the art by dragging the options. - On the left side, you can see the Available printing type option with one extra option as "Original Color" Original color means your uploaded clipart actual color. - Click on drop down to see the available printing type. When you select a printing type it will show the clipart with color from the selected printing type, automatically tool will arrange the clip colors with available colors from selected print type. You can change the color/part by clicking on the color icon. Which will show as you selected? Here you can set the colors for all printing type as you need. In user end when the user adds a clipart and changes the printing type it will show the clipart color for that print type as you set from here. If you have set the " advance color" option for a printing type on " Design Printing Color" settings, the added clipart will show as the original color for the selected print type. - If you want to marge clipart color layer to reduce color/part. select " Original Color" and then select the same color for those color/part, it will automatically reduce the color part as the same layer. - After complete the art edit Click "Create Clipart" Button below the clipart editor. |

| Open the vector art (EPS, AI or other vector formats) with illustrator which you want to upload. - After open the file with illustrator, just "File >> Save As" - Select "Save as type" SVG (*.SVG) and Cliack "Save" Button. - Select "SVG Profile: SVG 1.1" in SVG Options Window and Click "OK" button. - DONE |
