Downloading order vector designs from BigCommerce admin.
Here you can download user orders in two way:

1. Direct from BigCommerce Orders list and
2. Products Designer App admin.

Login to your admin panel and navigate to Orders menu to see the list of orders.

- Click on order number to view order details.

• More actions >> Download Design
  On order details click on "More actions" then "Download Design". It will load the Inkybay App with design details and from there you can download the designs as vector PDF, vector SVG, JPG and Transparent PNG.
  
  
  
  
  • Download Desings
    After load the design details, you can see the preview with selected size and quantity details with download buttons for different formats.
    
    
  • Download Vector SVG Zip
    Click on this button to download user designs zip including all side vector SVG, preview with the product, PRODUCT details as text, Design details as text and user uploaded original image (if any).
    
    
  • Download Vector PDF Zip
    Click on this button to download user designs zip including all side vector PDF, preview with the product, PRODUCT details as text, Design details as text and user uploaded original image (if any).
    
    
  • Download Raster PNG file
    Click on this to generate transparent PNG file for all sides, after generate it will show download button for all sides, click on the button to download transparent PNG file.

  

   

• View Order List
  To view all order list including customized and non-customized orders with below info in list:
  
  Order #: BigCommerce original order number.
  Customizable: Is this order came with customization, Yes will show for order came through the designer and you can see a "View" button for this type of order. If it shows as no, it will not show view button as this is not a customized order.
  Customer: Customer name
  Status: Order Status as in BigCommerce
  Total Price: Will show the order total price
  Action: It will show a "View" button for customized orders. Click on View button to view design details.
• Download Desings

  Click on this button to download user designs zip including all side vector SVG, preview with a product, PRODUCT details as text, Design details as text and user uploaded original image (if any).
  
  
• Download Vector PDF Zip
  Click on this button to download user designs zip including all side vector PDF, preview with the product, PRODUCT details as text, Design details as text and user uploaded original image (if any).
  
  
• Download Raster PNG file
